How to Enroll in the Compassionate Use Program

Physicians in the U.S. and Canada may request Ferriprox on a case-by-case basis. To have a patient considered for enrollment into the Compassionate Use Program, ApoPharma must receive a written request from the patient's treating physician detailing the following:

• Brief outline of the patient's medical condition
• Any experience with deferoxamine
• Reason for requesting Ferriprox
